Safety First

Yes, each unit is cleaned with disinfectant that is effective against coronavirus. Between stays, all towels and bedding are washed in water that’s at least 60°C/140°F.

Yes. The check-in and check-out process does not require any interaction with the staff of the lodge. You are able to check yourself in with the smart lock.

If your health condition prevents you from travelling, it is necessary to contact us at the earliest opportunity, prior your day of check-in, and we would gladly rebook your reservation.

Policies

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Upon request and subject to availability, we are happy to assist you with an early check-in, up to two hours earlier, free of charge.  Earlier check in, if possible, is also accommodated with a fee of $25 for a noon check in but we are only able to confirm it for you on your day of arrival. 

Upon request in advance and subject to availability, we are happy to assist you with a late check-out, up to two hours later free of charge.  Later check out, if possible, is also accommodated with a fee of $25 per hour after 12:00, noon, but we are only able to confirm it for you on your day of departure.

No indoor smoking is allowed of cigarettes or any lit products.  Vaping is the only smoking allowed indoors.  There is a $250 fine for smoking in a room.  Smoking is allowed on the patio outside your room and only there. Please have your doors and windows closed if smoking on the patio.  We are a 420 friendly property OUTSIDE ONLY.   Smoking weed is legal in Colorado and allowed though only outside and only in your private deck area.

The lodge does not have a front desk so you can go straight to your unit. On your arrival day we will email you your access code and other important details regarding your stay.

The total cost of the reservation needs to be paid at the time of booking.

If your reservation is already confirmed and paid, the only thing you need to provide is you being ready to relax and enjoy your stay 😊

We welcome housebroken dogs at the Lodge. There is a $50 pet fee per dog that applies for the duration of your stay. Dogs are accepted under the following conditions:

 

1 – Dogs must be leashed at all times while on the property.

 

2 – Dogs must be cleaned up after.

 

3 – Dogs must not be left unattended in the unit at any time.  Please be sure to observe this for the consideration of other lodge guests during your stay. If your dog is unable to enjoy its vacation with you and the need arises for you to leave your dog unattended, please arrange for a responsible dog-sitter in advance.

 

The pet fee will be waived for one (1) service dog in your unit upon presentation of the prescription or authorization from your doctor. 

 

We do not allow cats under any circumstances due to allergy issues for our guests.

 

Fish are always welcome and provided accommodation and fresh water free of charge. Other pet types such as birds, reptiles, or other animals are considered upon request 😊

Yes, there is one parking spot for each unit’s available off street at the lodge.

Parking for one (1) car per unit is complimentary.

About the Lodge

Wireless internet access is available throughout the lodge.

Each unit has at least a mini fridge and a microwave. Most units have a convection microwave and a stove top. There is also a unit with a full kitchen.

Yes, all units are equipped with a coffee maker, filters, and caffeinated coffee.  Most units have k-cup compatible coffee makers as well.

Unfortunately, our 110+ year old lodge predates handicap accessibility and none of our rooms are handicap accessible.  We are located in the mountains and you must be able to walk stairs to access all of our rooms.

There aren’t laundry facilities available for the guests at the lodge but there is a laundromat about 10 minutes away from the lodge, in Woodland Park.

Most units have air conditioning, some have evaporative coolers but each one of them has one of these two options. Also, most rooms have ceiling fans as well.

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM are the quiet hours for the lodge.
